I think you might have solved the puzzle without intending to. For months most used the figure of 5,000 pages to describe the size of the TPP agreement. If only 700 pages have been released, then there is Assange's 14%.
700/5,000 = 14%.
And we were told for months that the agreement would be made public at some point, but if only 700 pages have been released, then we're back to "you have to pass it to find out what's in it".
So, Assange might be correct, and if so, it is pathetic that we don't hear the opponents of TPP demanding to see the rest of the thousands of pages.
That's what folks want to hear, that there are thousands and thousands of pages still secret, it's what pundits get paid big bux for saying and what freepers galore post every time it comes out. So the situation is that the experts say it's thousands of secret pages even while we've got the ustr.gov link for the full text, and most folks go w/ the experts.
