So, it’s a Diazepam injector flashlight so Diazepam Guy can see where he’s injecting Hillary. :)
Assuming it’s a flashlight, why is the guy carrying it around and pointing the light in front of him? I don’t get it.

That is a different device. I have no problem if original device that looks like an injector turns out to be a penlight.
However the device you are referring to looks more squat and flat.

That appears to point to a vision problem. That stage is brightly lit and has spotlights.
If she needs help seeing and navigating ballons, she’s done.
You can also tell that this was a staged photo op to make sure this guy was seen with a flashlight on purpose and I would wager it was done after the other photos were made public. In the original photo, why would this guy be holding a flashlight in a well lit corridor for absolutely no reason. That would make very little sense.

I looked at video of the speech ending. Black Bart gives her verbal instructions which include: “Watch your step!” twice.
That is consistent with your flashlight observation as Hitlery tries to navigate to that door.

Hah. . .could be its one of those light thingees that attract her attention. . .much like a cat, she follows the light. Best way to distract her to get her moving.
