This is the first story I have seen that says he was beaten before being killed.
Not only beaten but his hands were roughed up indicating a struggle between him and his two attackers.

It has happened before.
Lots of “unsolved” instances abound.
If he did fight with them there maybe some dna evidence. What about security camera’s?
Looks like his hands, knees, and face were bruised.
Shot twice in the back.
Although not addressed in any article that I’ve read, sounds to me like he was shoved to the ground then shot.
Was on the phone with girlfriend at the time (about 4:19am), she said she heard some “noise”, but he (Seth) said to not worry (did he know the person(s)??).
All of my comments are pure speculation BTW.
