Even when confronted with specific, incontrovertible evidence of her lies, her basic defense is “you have to look at the overall context” by looking at the bigger picture, the rest of the conversation, the entire history, etc.
She’s a pathological liar, a “congenital liar” as William Safire said.
And no, Hillary, there is no such thing as a “common sense” executive-branch restriction to ANY constitutional amendment. The amendments (and the constitution) are there to restrict the government, not the people.
