This is no surprise. The two parties have very little difference between them other than a handful of show arguments where little ever changes. (Abortion, guns, energy, for example).
The only need for those differences is fund raising and appearances. On most things governmental, the parties work together as one. That’s how we acquired $20 trillion in debt.
