Am sure that I will catch a lot of flak over this comment. Yes, he is a jerk but as a Senator for Texas he has a significantly more conservative record that Cornyn or Kay Bailey Hutchinson whom he replaced. Suggest we wait and see what he does as a Senator the rest of his term rather than sending him to the gallows. Likely prospects for his replacement could be Dewhurst, Perry or even George P. Bush - none of whom our family would ever vote for.

That has already been determined. The primaries have revealed that Cruz has been running a deep game on us all along, for some singular agenda of his own. He's shady and right now, I don't know who this guy even is, so his actions whether past, present or future are now suspect. As long as he still has that senate seat, he remains a menace and bears close watching.
