Then why did Ken Cuccinelli @ Cruz for President send it to the gmail address of a DNC bigshot? Why the gmail address and not the “spam” sent to half the planet to a DNC address?

Unlike you, I’m about 99% sure it was intentional.

Nacho, it is a form letter/spam email solicitation. Everyone on the Cruz mailing list got it, and of course DNC operatives get themselves on all the lists of all the candidates.

You can see a copy of the same email (except addressed to "Brainy") posted back in April. You can also tell because the links in the email are obfuscated by the sending service, paramount communication.
