Asians on the average have a slightly higher IQ than the group I’m in... but my IQ is far above the Asian average... the average again means nothing on a personal level. [I’m English/Ashkenazi Jewish]

The troubles we have are indeed caused by the problems you stated... but I fear we will never find a solution.

I do believe in ‘White Man’s Burden’ we should endeavor to do what we can, within reason, for those not as blessed as we are.

I can tell you have an excellent IQ just from the fine reasoning in your post. FR is a place where high-functioning folk come together.

I have talked about it to some of my liberal acquaintances and surprisingly I didn’t run into any strong blowback. I think many realize the same thing but are too PC to say it.

And Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, Ben Carson, Condi Rice, Allen West and many many more. It’s all in the Bell Curve distribution. And you’re right, on a personal basis the average means nothing because you don’t randomly pick your friends, but on a societal basis the average dominates.

Your group has one of the highest average IQs. I think it explains why jews have been persecuted for so long - it’s the envy effect. It’s what the whites are facing now vis-a-vis the blacks.

Ah, but that’s the nub of the problem - who determines what “within reason” is? The vast majority of whites already believe they’ve gone beyond what’s reasonable in accommodating blacks’ demands, but the black don’t think so. And the more you appease the more incessant the demands (as is all too clear with what’s happening today).

You see, when you say WE should provide help within reason, that implies a type of voluntary charity on our part, where we, the givers, alone determine what’s reasonable and deserved, in return for which we would expect some gratitude.

But we are absolutely in a completely different territory. We are not at all dealing in transactions of charity and gratitude. Instead we are in the realm of extortion, where the receivers DEMAND a ransom under threat of violence to the givers.

This is a totally untenable situation and it cannot last. It’s either voluntary separation or forceful separation.
