That defies any comment....
They better watch out, someone might just take them up on that.
Wow, these black leaders must not have any brains...
Police departments, the local ones that BLM have been complaining about, not the state ones that they seem to be leaving alone at present, are locally funded. Local taxes at the city council level.
The people who live in the districts being policed already have a way to determine funding levels. These are the people who will see their property values zero out if crime and schools get bad enough. These are the people who have to live with any decisions made on this front.
So am I right in assuming that this is a plea to have outside interests tell local residents how their tax dollars will be spent and how their local government will be administered?
The Utopians want a federal police force, all the better to herd the masses into the camps.
Soros is really pushing hard for anarchy using his blackpuppets isn’t he?
Fine. Put it to a vote in your city. See what everyone else thinks.
If the city decides to defund the police ... fine.
Then people can hire their own private police protection (if they can afford it) or go without
I suggest that #BLM get to work in ‘Rat Urban Utopias to teach local ferrals how to interact with Civil Society and quit breaking common sense laws -10 Commandment level stuff for starters.
Excellent article. And the one that follows it on the original website.

BLM would probably love that but businesses in the area sure as hell wouldn’t.
When the neighborhood stores shut down it will be L.A. all over again.
I can still recall VIVIDLY those Korean men on the roof of their business in downtown L.A., wearing the white bandanas around their foreheads...all armed with rifles, protecting and defending themselves and their "American" dream.
Some American dream, eh guys?
I just googled it: 1992. Was it THAT long ago? Wow. Time sure flies.
Hmm. I would've never guessed that the "Escape From New York" type films could come so close to predicting the future.
Are people finally catching on? BLM is a racist organization, and it’s not just its name. The assumptions of the group are that blacks are incapable of living in a society based on the rule of law. The only logical outcomes of such an assumption would be chaos or slavery.
The truth is that the officers that I work with have positively impacted more black lives than BLM could ever hope to.
BLM burnt things down, my good friend saved an old black man from a burning house.
BLM has talked other blacks into killing cops, my colleagues have talked down young black men to keep from forcing them to shoot them.
BLM has saved no lives, have actually cost people their lives. I know a dozen cops that have actually saved lives, one just two weeks ago.
To hades with the BLM. Get rid of the police, force others to become the police without virtue of training, experience, or obligation to use the appropriate amount of force to gain lawful objectives, and you truly will see how much black lives matter.
Cullors wants to defund police and she and another of the BLM founders cite Asatta Shakur (Joanne Chessimard) as their inspirational leader.
For those who have forgotten Asatta Shakur is presently hiding in Cuba for like the last 40 years after murdering a NJ Police Officer....as well as being on the FBI’s most wanted list.
Pull police form all black communities.
The problems well self correct.
DEFUND anti-truth, anti-freedom, anti-individual, anti-life collectives foreign and domestic. Destroy as necessary. DEPOPULATE criminals, scumbags, liars, socialists, conmen, deceivers, totalitarians and their enablers from the body politic. DESTROY as necessary.
No lives matter to liars, criminals, socialists, conmen, scumbags, totalitarians. Witness history. Witness current events.
