To: The Continental Op

The issue is all about my clot history. That is what muffs it up. Scares me. I don’t totally think I’m really worse off than the average person, getting clots, but the doctors worry and that is where the difference from “normal” non-history cancer patients comes from. But the biggest scares to me regariding treatment are clotting, and major side effects otherwise (feeling like garbage from sudden menopause, etc).

Thank you for the encouragement! I know often BC is pretty beatable, but I do get skittish seeing my sister’s path. Quite different, but still scary! All prayers are appreciated!

I had Stage 1 too. Never took Tamoxifen or anything else and I’ve been clear for 16 years.
