FBI Director James Comey let Hillary Clinton off the hook, but his explanation of why may prove to be even more politically damaging than an indictment. And his comments support what one of the people most familiar with the Clintons, Bill Clinton’s childhood friend and former lover Dolly Kyle, has long alleged.
The presumptive Democratic Party nominee is suffering from a “cognitive impairment.”
In testimony before Congress on Thursday, Comey said Hillary Clinton was not just careless, but implied she didn’t understand the importance of the information she was handling.
U.S. Rep. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., asked Comey if a “sophisticated” person would understand the importance of handling very sensitive information. Noting Clinton signed documents from the FBI, which acknowledged the importance of appropriately handling classified information, DeSantis asked how then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton could possibly have thought having an unsecured private server was appropriate....

senile = “of a person) having or showing the weaknesses or diseases of old age, especially a loss of mental faculties.”
Hillary has “wet brain” which is what happens to chronic alcoholics as they age.
In other words, she is "mentally challenged."
If you boil down Hillary to her essence, there are only two parts to her.
1. She has wanted to and worked towards being the president of the United States her entire life.
2. She commits one scandalous act after another for no apparent reason, starting with her work to get Nixon impeached, all the way up to the present, which constantly puts her goal of being president in danger. None of the scandals, whitewater, the Clinton Foundation, Haiti, the emails, helps her become president. Yet she is somehow compelled to do these things.
This is more the behavior of a psychopath than a concussion based mental incapacity.
Yes, she could have used the required state dept email but she chose to take unnecessary risk. She sabotaged herself.

That is all a bunch of bull. She’s a cold, calculating, ruthless narcissist who knows exactly what’s she’s doing and why she’s doing it. It takes a village to come up with excuses for her. She sat in the White House long enough to believe she needs to return with Huma, as Queen and First Lady. The feel full entitled and believe that the laws of the land are to be circumvented from where they sit. Which is which would not be at all clear. Huma runs the show and Huma is answerable to a higher law, that of Islam.

There is an abundance of evidence to prove that she did this.
REALITY CHECK--A provision in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) is intended to prevent the govt from co-opting United States citizens and companies ..... EAR proscribes using US citizens as instrumentalities to advance a foreign government's foreign policy.
This clearly describe Hillary's activities at the State Dept. As a tax-paid govt employee, Hillary clearly used her tax-paid office for purely personal/political reasons.......involving the interests of foreign countries.......particularly foreign donors to the Clinton Foundation.
CONCLUSION--The Export Administration Regulations (EAR) apply to all "U.S. persons" (defined to include individuals and companies located in the United States and their foreign affiliates).
The provisions are intended to prevent United States citizens and companies being used as instrumentalities of a foreign government's foreign policy.
Offending persons are subject to the EAR law when their activities relate to the sale, purchase, or transfer of goods or services (including the sale of information) within the United States or between the United States and a foreign country.
This covers exports and imports, financing, forwarding and shipping, and certain other transactions that may take place wholly offshore.....and/or across the borders with private donors to the Clinton Foundation in exchange for influence on U.S. policy.

Sorry, but this is all BS. Hillary signed actual statements attesting to the fact that she returned all emails and official documents to State after leaving her position. She undoubtedly signed numerous other statements pertaining to the proper handling of classified documents.
Comey knows this. It’s standard operating procedure. The argument that he makes (on Hillary’s behalf) that she “didn’t intend” to break the law just doesn’t hold water. Any normal person would treat the signing of those documents as if they were a loaded gun pointed right at them. Because that’s exactly what those sworn statements are.
