What I see here tells me the rule of law goes out the window if the police officer suspects someone of something...and the police officer is right no matter what. I seriously disagree with this view, but it seems very popular here on FR.

What I see here tells me the rule of law goes out the window if the police officer suspects someone of something...and the police officer is right no matter what.

Having delayed obeying a police office in a special situation, "Excuse me, officer. I will do what you asked in a moment, but first you need to know . . ." I blame anyone who startles a nervous cop while reaching toward where he carries a gun. You speak calmly and respectfully, move slowly, and only move when you are sure the man with the gun is comfortable. That doesn't produce the exciting live video, but it produces a much longer live life.

Fortunately, what you see or not see here is not likely to be a positive influence in my life.
I can conclude that what I see is a bit more selective, and I can usually ignore posters who are clueless.

Pulling a gun on a cop when you’re a suspect in an armed robbery is not “the rule of law”. You people defending this dead criminal make me sick. Try to remember we all live in the real world, not your theoretical la-la land. Would you be happy if Philando had shot the cop?

The police officer could well tell the driver of the car that there was a broken tail light, even if he suspected him of robbery.

The driver wouldn’t know the officer was on edge, if he, the driver, was innocent.

I saw two men in pictures of the robbery, not a woman, so right now I doubt the authenticity of the supposed radio traffic.
