Society seems to want to find external reasons for personality disorders. Everything bad is explained away and nothing is ever “your fault.” Everyone is a victim. This downward spiral of society will continue unabated until we start to take responsibility, personal responsibility, for our own actions.
No doubt that the concept of personal responsibility is lost on many in our culture.
