I would be more likely to suspect agitators from Louisiana coming over and making problems. In nearby Bama, there was a demonstration in Mobile last night, and there were rumors of plans to shut down the tunnel. Instead, the protesters marched and aired their grievances and ended with prayer. Then they went home. It is difficult to agitate successfully in communities where black, white, Latino, Asian have strong faith in God. That is not to say there aren’t bad apples that attempt to cause problems.

I did not hear that....thanks for the post...Most folks in the south get along for the most part...We have our hoods but many blacks are trying to move out of there...They are sick of them!Half of our city councilman (Fred effn Richardson) would pimp his mamma out out on a dimly lit street to pick up cash....but for the most part we stay civil. Our police only shoot when it’s needed. Our motto “Leave us alone” We like our Mardi Gras, beaches and Football....stay out of it! We mostly live in peace with a 52% black majority.
