In the upside down world we live in, give it a few decades a Russia will be the last bastion of safety for white Christians fleeing the Muslim and leftist hordes consuming the world. Don’t think it can happen? I never thought our politicians would be arguing about who can use what bathrooms...

It proves this idea a free US media is a joke when Russia has more dissenting views.

Well wadda you know Trump Really is a Reagan.
The media is treating him the same as they did Reagan back then when he went on to cream Mr misery index Jimmmy Cartiar 36 years ago.
Bizzare is Russion Television pointing out Americas Pravda.
These are fascinating times.
Trotline
This nuclear trigger finger meme is what they hit Goldwater with in 1964.

Then there was Ronald Raygun.

Sounds like a magazine geared toward cronies and stealing trillions from the taxpayers.
I can’t understand why anyone is surprised at this. I have said all along that once Trump stops bashing Republicans and starts on Hillary his “free media” megaphone will cease. He has, and it has.
I’m not so sure Trump can be bought. He has money of his own that he actually earned via working.
They’ve had the misfortune of dealing with Hillary. They don’t want to do it again.
What’s a trout line?
Remember that leftists ALWAYS project their plans and aspirations onto the Republicans. Or put another way, when the Democrats plan something nefarious, they initiate the plan by claiming that Republicans are planning it.
In this case, they are telegraphing their desire for nuclear confrontation in their claims about Trump. And they are trying to push an extremely unstable and untrustworthy woman into the White House. The woman whose policies led to massive instability in the Middle East, creating the perfect circumstances for the rise of Isis, and whose incompetence left the Benghazi embassy staff completely open to attack--there is absolutely no way she should be allowed to have the nuclear codes. The ad campaign painting her as caring for children notwithstanding--she demonstrates as much care for human life as she would show for cockroach life.
IIRC, Arthur C. Clarke wrote a science fiction story with this theme back in the 1950s. The author could have been someone else. I'll have to try to find it again.
Are you perhaps confusing Arthur C. Clarke with Jean Raspail?

Regards,
In the story I am thinking of, there was a long statement about human rights and freedoms, etc. The whole statement seemed to encapsulate American values and ideals of the 1950s. Only when you get to the end do you find out that the entity making the statement was actually the USSR.
My memory is really sketchy, but I seem to recall that the entity to whom the statement was made was the crew of a space vessel that was returning to Earth after several decades of travel.
Anyway, I will have to look it up in my anthologies.
Russia Today? Hey even a broken clock is right...
And it shows.
Today they're a band of incestuous revolving door 'elites' patting each other on the back while citizens experience them as clueless stuffed shirt jerks.
Russia Today needs to do some resetting of their English.
To “trounce” means to decisively defeat. The media hasn’t done that to Trump, not yet anyway.
I think the Moscow minions meant to write, “US media bashing Trump 24/7”. That’s pravda enough, comrade.
