Has this Hacker been confirmed or validated? I saw another post about this, but I am not sure if this is Valid source.

Is this a good source?

Only stepping out to validate, going back to running silent mode....

I have my doubts, especially since it was just about two weeks ago when people also posted hacked stuff from this guy making it look like he was endorsing Trump. But, you know, it’s on the internet, and some guy says it’s true, so...

Great question. My take: it is not completely vetted yet, but there is substantial evidence that it is true.

This is the key part: one of the participants did independently verified that his phone and twitter account had been hacked (it is claimed).

On Friday, June 10, 2016, Black Lives Matter (BLM) leader and former Baltimore Mayoral Candidate DeRay McKesson claimed that someone hacked into his phone and took control of his twitter account. DeRay McKesson reported the hack to The Baltimore Sun.

So there is a specific claim there, which I have independently validated. McKesson's phone being hacked was, as claimed, reported in the Baltimore Sun, the major daily in the city. Here is the link:

Black Lives Matter activist DeRay Mckesson's Twitter hacked Friday morning

If you are thinking: "that's a pretty weird newspaper topic", I agree. But, none the less, there it is. As the article points out, at first the hacker acted exactly like you'd expect a hacker to, sending out fake twitters:

“I endorse @realDonaldTrump for president. #MAGA ” with a fist emoji was tweeted around<10:30 a.m. with a smug picture of Trump.

It appears that shortly after that he started reviewing the private twitter messages and releasing them. Now did he really? Or were these just fake messages he made up like the Trump endorsement?

What is interesting is that while McKesson quickly disavowed the pro-Trump tweet, after extensive searching I can not find any statement where he disavowed the quotes in this article.
