I'm convinced these people aren't posted to head these departments in this administration (or in the Congress, for that matter) without the powers-to-be having some "dirt" on them to start with. Leverage, if you will. Then they know when they have to lean on them down the road, they can trust they will do the "right" thing. These agency heads have already sold out long before now, in order to get their jobs.

Name one enemy of the Continuing Criminal Clinton Federation who has gone against them and survived, either figuratively or literally, to live and fight another day? Most witnesses are destroyed, as if discarded waste paper or worse.

This fix was in from the beginning or they wouldn't have put all their chips in with Hillary.
