Being here on an expired visa is though. So being here illegally is a crime.
Actually it’s more like me being a resident in Mexico without official permission.
I have no right to be in Mexico as a resident and the Mexican government will put me on a bus out of the country, as is the right and legal duty of the Mexican government.
