San Jose Chief of Police Eddie Garcia, who is under fire for his handling of rioters in his city Thursday night after a Trump rally, promised a “progressive” administration in a post-Ferguson environment when he was first sworn in.
According to The San Jose Mercury News, back in late January Garcia stressed deploying de-escalation strategies before using force in riot situations.
“We have to be progressive. We have to listen to what the community says,” he said. “Our officers don’t have their heads in the sand. They see what’s going on in other places. There are things we can do better, and we have to put policies in place before someone else does it for us,” Garcia said of his pledge to enact a no chokehold policy in his department.
However, according to the Mercury News, chokeholds were never part of SJPD regulations to begin with....

What this amounts to is selective law enforcement of course. A dangerous path in a democracy.

In Garcia’s case, it means giving those who wish to assault space to do that as well. In a sane society Garcia and his boss would be prosecuted for dereliction of duty. With Lynch running the show that is unlikely. If these clowns escape punishment you can expect other progressives mayors and police chiefs to act in a similar fashion. Violence will escalate.

In other words, use the police in your quest to replace Whites with the newly-arrived non-Whites.
Apparently this means that only progressives get any police protection against assault and battery. It is ironic to hear them blame the Trump conventions for violence since nobody has been hurt yet at one of those, making the middle of a Trump convention a safer location for dissent than the streets of San Jose, CA.
Progs are so stupid, they can't figure this out for themselves.
Violins against Trump and minions is free speech. Even speech against Hussein, H->! and The Burnista is Domestic Terrorism. Simple really.
If Trump wins in November, there will still be plenty of time before the statue of limitations runs out to bring suit and the new DOJ hopefully will not get involved defending the cops/city.
