They get jailed for putting a can of ‘whupp-ass’ on one of their own but if they were to attack a ‘native girl’ they would have gotten a warning - IF anyone cared enough to find out who attacked her.

Who said they got jailed? SOP in Germany is arrest and release. Then some paper gets shuffled around and nothing more happens.
