I am still having trouble believing the bastid Obama has sat in the Big chair coming on eight years.

The brutal Communist regime whose ideals Obama praises, sent political dissidents to camps. Are those the ideals he shares with Uncle Ho?

Of all the things this reprehensible, narcissistic, scumbag has said, this ranks near the top of the list for sheer idiocy. I am very near speechless after reading that.

Two things stuck out here:

1.) I am reminded of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn's mention of the wonderful Soviet constitution in "The Gulag Archipelago, how perfectly constructed and perfectly worded it was.

2.) It shows you what he thinks of a piece of paper called "The Constitution". To him, it is a piece of paper that can be held up, pointed to, and "We got your rights right here" but in reality (as it is with the Communists, Soviets, Chinese, Cubans, and Vietnamese) it is a front to present to dupes and Useful Idiots around the world as proof of the moral superiority of Communism. They have all the rights and freedoms we have in the West, but none of those messy things that go along with real freedom, like...real freedom. It is astonishing to me. He shows exactly how he feels about the Constitution, and it squares perfectly with every single action he has taken, every executive order he has issued.

You know that old saying, scratch a liberal, and you will find a despot underneath?

Obama is a tyrannaical despot. If given enough time and opportunity, he will prove it.

That was an embarrassing speech all right, and I'll bet he wrote it himself. For a guy advertised as an intellectual 0bama has displayed all the mental acuity of a stunted houseplant.

Ho, on the other hand, was as clever at public image projection as 0bama is clumsy. His invocation of the Declaration was designed to get Wilson to promote Vietnamese rights with regard to France, which Wilson did not. I suspect, though, that Ho could quote it and that 0bama cannot. Interesting fellow, Ho Of The Many Names. He was one of the founders of the Communist party - not the Vietnamese one, the French one. That goes back a ways...

I will say that with respect to Ho, the sundry Middle East strong men, the socialist caudillos of South America, that 0bama has a rather wide-ranging taste in authoritarian thugs. It's probably professional courtesy.
