loosen scope of practice restrictions on nurse practitioners, facilitate more direct primary care doctor practices, and repeal the state’s certificate of Well one of those things has the word "repeal" in it and even then I have to wonder how many laws will have to be written to pull that off. You'll forgive if I do not trust that any of this is entirely or even mostly for the public good.
