We don’t need Guatemalans to build our wall, we have 30 million Mexican volunteers.

...but we have PLENTY of convicts and illegals who we can put to work to earn their keep (or, in the case of the illegals, their air/bus fare).
Of course, I don’t think that there’s much love lost between Mexico and Guatemala (the Mexicans guard that border only slightly less than the East Germans guarded their wall around West Berlin), which opens up the opportunity to rub Mexico’s face in a steaming pile of dog crap. That definitely has its place.
