In Houston ages ago they passed a “potty parity” rule that institutionalized more facilities for women then men (in some of the stadiums at the time they even converted men’s rooms to women’s rooms). Result, men now had to stand in line while the omen breezed in and out.

If you ever go to an IT conference (Cisco Live, Splunk Live, etc.), you’ll see it’s exactly the opposite there, where men stand in long lines, and women just walk right in, do their business and get out before I’ve even made it to the door.
