Would you rather have your card hacked?!
That’s my response when people complain about the time it takes...’course the thieves will compromise this, too.
I made a living coming up with way to schedule staff to deal with customers. We had about 13 million contacts a month. If you add 15-20 seconds to each contact either the waiting queue is going to be horrible or you just added a bunch of people to the staff.
Either way, your margins are going down.
You would think they would have thought about that before they started forcing people into the process. That’s the only point I am making.
They are already being hacked.
