My first and only question/observation is this, why did not dad go in the restroom and beat the living crap out of this person but instead chose to stay with the clerk and call 911 while the wife went into a restroom to confront a pervert and even then not beat this scum bag before police came and he ran off?

You have to keep in mind that this took place over a very short period of time and with much confusion at first over what had and was actually happening. His wife had the girls not in the restroom run to the front of the store where their dad was checking out and several customers close to the women’s room were already on their cell phones dialing 9-11 when hearing the girl’s and her mother’s screams.

Their mom was right there and was the one closest one to rescue their older daughter and acting on motherly instinct. If their dad had rushed to and run to and into the rest room, he would have left his other two daughters alone to fend for themselves without knowing if the perv or other pervs, perhaps someone meaning to abduct them were still there, inside the store. It was a split second decision and probably the right one given the circumstances.

FWIW while guarding his other two daughters he also tried to physical stop the perv and his mother from leaving the store.

As I related one of the cops had to pull him away as he was about to pummel the perv and his mother.
