Secondly, the law is moral restraint. It has no hold over an immoral person.

Thank you. She is recovering, slowly but is making progress, but all her sisters were effected by this. About a month later one of her triplet sisters, one of those not in restroom during the assault, peed her pants at school. When asked why she didn’t raise her hand to go to the bathroom, she told her mother and her teacher “I was afraid to go all by myself”.

Secondly, the law is moral restraint. It has no hold over an immoral person.

All laws, laws against murder, rape, theft, robbery, etc., are more or less a “moral restraint”. That’s why we punish immoral persons who break the laws of a moral society.
