Circumventing Congress's ban on the use of federal money to bail out ObamaCare casualties.
I’m sure you’re all quite familiar with the Obama Administration’s proclivity for ignoring Congress and doing whatever it wants, whether that means refusing to enforce the law or attempting to shove gun control down the nation’s throat. But if you think Obama only does this via executive orders, you haven’t quite grasped the full scope of his lawlessness.
Let’s say you want to spend money to bail out health insurers that you have driven to the brink of ruin by passing ObamaCare. But Congress (thanks in large part to an effort by Marco Rubio, by the way) will not allocate money for you to do so. You can’t spend the money, right? Ha! When you’re Barack Obama, you do whatever you want. But where do you get the money?

The lawsuit back-door is a common way for Dems/Obama to put in place environmental, “civll rights,” immigration, and other regulations Congress has not permitted. It allows 3rd parties to file suit, and then a friendly judge somewhere “forces” the Government to comply
Its also how they fund leftist agitation groups.
Of course. Look it’s like this. If you let a suicidal man lock himself into the cockpit of a Boeing 747, every single control in the cockpit is going to be used by him to make trouble. He doesn’t respect the airplane or the passengers or the reason they came together.
You can’t then act surprised when he uses every control and every feature of the airplane in a manner opposite to that which was intended, to achieve a perverse outcome.
Same technique the Democrats have used in California on environmental issues they want their biggest donors to win. They simply don’t fight to protect the citizens/taxpayers interests allowing the environmentalists so engaged with the Democrat party to win in the courts.
The only way to protect the country is to not allow Democrats office.
Zero is demonstrating - almost daily - that there are many, many ways to fleece, weaken and ultimately bring the greatest country mankind has ever constructed to its knees.
wouldn’t a rash of high dollar value lawsuits AGAINST obamacare be a great reason to repeal the G**D****D thing???
Oh this is just great. Wonderful for the insurance companies I am sure. THEY CANNOT LOSE ... just like the banks before.
