The better Cruz does in voterless contests like Colorado and Wyoming and the more people understand that in states like Arizona where Trump won 2 to 1 but all of the delegates chosen are now Cruz operatives... the more his popularity tanks with the voters. Up until Colorado a lot of people were buying the better ground game thing. Voters no longer see this as a “better ground game”, they see this as manipulating the system, disenfranchising the voters, back stabbing, cheating and outright thievery.
