I know the names of delegates is public record, but my post addressed knowing how each delegate votes when actually at the convention, and not having individual votes hidden in state totals.
I don’t know how that is done, but voters have right to know how each delegate votes at the conventions.
Look upsteam at the list I posted to the thread. They are nearly all declared how they will vote. It is printed in The Denver Post and posted on GreenPapers Colorado page.
