Trump supporters publishing names, home addresses, phone numbers of CO GOP party officials

Evidently taking a signal from Roger Stone, who openly threatened to harass delegates to the GOP convention in Cleveland by publishing their hotel room numbers, Trump supporters in Colorado have been posting the names, addresses, and phone numbers of GOP officials in Colorado. They blame the officials for “rigging” the convention by creating a system last year for awarding delegates that Trump didn’t win.

The fact that Trump had the same opportunity as every other candidate to win delegates at the congressional district-level conventions the state has just conducted means nothing to them. The fact that Ted Cruz conducted an effective campaign to win delegates, and even appeared in Colorado, while Trump did neither, is also somebody else’s fault, not Trump’s.

So now, in an obvious effort to intimidate, they rail against unfairness and post personal information.

“Can’t wait to see how you jerks will justify it.”

Maybe we can find someway that it’s in the rules.

That’s the magic way “jerks” justify anything, eh?

Don’t post like a hysterical Cruzy if you don’t want to be accused of being one. The only FReepers who have been violently attacked are TRUMPERS. Accusing them of violence is pathethic.

BS...Caucus systems are the way the GOPe leaders control the delegates...

They are NOT “We, the people”...The people are the public citizens who were refused the right to have their votes counted as is done with primary voting polls....

True that. And our election system is rigged strongly in favor of insiders, even when (especially when!) the voters are given the charade of a vote.

N/P.

They seem proud to advertise the delegates and I’m not sure where there’s a problem. The names are likely printed by law in the local gazettes.

From the Colorado Independent News -March 28,2016

The influence Colorado Republicans could wield on their party’s nomination for president just became more apparent.
The state party has released the names of Colorado Republicans running to become delegates at the July 18 national convention in Cleveland, along with how many of them are pledged to a particular presidential candidate or want to be free agents.

The numbers so far? Nearly two thirds of the roughly 500 announced delegate hopefuls are not pledging support to any candidate. In addition, 102 are committing to Ted Cruz, and 62 are behind Donald Trump. Of these hundreds running, only 37 will make it to Cleveland as Republican delegates from Colorado.

You do not get it. What happened in Colorado has angered much more then Trump Supporters, its a clear example of the parties disrespecting not representing the people. Now at issue this election is American security and survival. Many know eCruz cannot change anything as hes the same old DC insider lobbyist owned crooked system.

So again try to claim we are the violent ones after what happened in Colorado. Like its not been tried and failed many times already. But go ahead and try. Since we have the treason to the voters of Colorado to beat Cruz over the head with and that resonates with many more people then the old worn out violence meme of the Establishment

I did some numbers earlier: in IA, Republican caucus turnout was 6% of the state’s population; in the VA Republican primary it was 12% and in SC 15%.

Then we turn to CO where it was .001% of the state’s population. And somehow the CO GOP wants us to believe the vote was “representative.” That’s exactly what the state party chairman said. Talk about chutzpah!

You people are bordering on needing pity. You are so entrenched in your positions you are blind to anything that threatens your egos and suggests maybe you are wrong!

I live in Indiana and haven’t heard a thing about it.

Well, here you go then:

"The unsavory Trump fans in question appear to be multiplying: Something similar is already afoot in Indiana, which hasn’t even voted yet. Kyle Babcock, an at-large delegate selected at one of this weekend’s nine congressional-district conventions, made the mistake of explaining to the Indianapolis Star that he would not back Trump, because he believes Cruz stands a better chance against Hillary Clinton in November. For his trouble, Babcock received e-mails such as this one: “Wrong side Kyle. Hope the families [sic] well. Your name and info was sent to me on a list that is going public. Think before you take a step down the wrong path, the American people want to have faith in your [sic] but it looks like a future in hiding is more appealing.” The same person sent a similar note to Thomas John, chairman of the Republican party in Indiana’s seventh congressional district."

But you see, no one in Colorado was denied anything. But nothing was handed to anyone. They had to get involved and actually do something besides talk. Sorry you are having a hard time with this but you’ll get over it I’m sure and move on. Just think! New York will probably be a blowout for your boy!! You and he will have nothing to whine about for a while.
