I guess parents were parking in the neighborhood and then walking to get their kids and it was causing problems with traffic in the neighborhood.

And having the parents queue their cars in line, from an hour before to half an hour after dismissal, to pick up the kids one at a time, won't cause any such problems

I don’t think that either of us can answer that question unless we actually attended the school.

I’m just saying that the initial media reports are not correct and kids can walk home.

I don’t have enough information to know who is right or wrong in this situation.
