Levin and EVERYONE in the GOP has gone ridiculous this year, in their overwhelming partisanship against their strongest candidate in an entire generation.
Cruz please realize you are on the verge of ruining the GOP and giving the presidency to Hillary.
For real. 2ndDivisionVet you are a good guy and I respect you a great deal.
But you are wrong to support this guy the way you are. He won’t win if nominated, and he probably won’t even be nominated.
He is not a winning candidate. He, and you, and just devoting an inordinate amount of your time and your energy, to destroying the one candidate who can turn things around for America.
You are wrong, this time.

O’Reilly just showed a recent poll (small sample size, only ~300 people) that showed “Unfavorable” ratings:
Cruz: 55%
Hillary: 59%
Trump: 69%
O’Reilly asked his guest (a woman) if Cruz and/or Trump can improve their numbers.
The guest said she thinks Cruz should be concerned, because he isn’t well known across the country yet, and if he has 55% unfavorable rating while being relatively unknown, that’s alarming news for Cruz.
How can you trump supporters cling to the fantasy that Trump can win... in the face of all evidence to the contrary.
One, he cannot at this point win the nomination. There is almost zero possibility that he can get enough votes to wn on the first ballot. There is zero possibility that he would win on the second ballot because the released delegates will all go to Cruz or elsewhere.
And yet, you plaintively call for Cruz to step down and save your candidate? Your candidate who keeps destroying his own campaign by his vanity and stupidity.
I feel that way as well...These never trump folks are just destroying their own party, even thought they think they are saving it somehow...If the gop and conservative media would rally and support Trump, could you imagine what a strong front runner he would be?
And he still has a commanding lead which looks to get even larger by the end of the month...If you really love the conservative party, put aside your hatred of Trump and show some support.
It’s his first foray into politics and look how good he’s been doing while combating the media and his own party!
If Cruz was this legendary conservative, then he’d be in the lead by now, but all he is doing is playing the part of the GOPE spoiler. They would rather burn the party to the ground than lose an inch of power...The very evil we should unite against.
There is now a civil war within the GOP. Not sure enough people will vote after the convention in Cleveland. Hillary’s FBI probe must play out. Trump needs to make some big deals to win this one.
