I actually agree with your opposition to some of this, but other parts of this, such as increasing education so people could make informed decisions, make sense. I saw nothing that forced giving loans to people they couldn't demonstrate an ability to repay.

The failure to reel F&F in was the main cause this mess. Without it and the job losses after the Dems took Congress, we might have weathered some of the worst parts of this policy.
