I have no significant expertise in regarding the NBC issue. However, two circumstances with Cruz work against my supporting him: 1) His citizenship records are sealed. They should be open for voters to evaluate. 2). Cruz waited until 2014 to renounce Canadian citizenship. At a minimum, this is a red flag.

So this will drag on in other courts when it needs to be settled not just about Cruz.

When you say "drag on in other courts", you mean those challenging Cruz's eligibility will lose in every court in the land just like the Obama birthers did.

This nonsense isn't going anywhere, at any level.

Speaking of birthers, what happened to King Birther (aka Trump) and the amazing, unbelievable things his investigators were supposedly finding in Hawaii? Yeah, lol, he let that drop and won't even talk about it anymore. He had nothing and simply lied about it.

Well I’ve noticed that those who dismiss it are also Obama supporters. Certainly they’ll claim otherwise, but they’re Uniparty enabling go-along-get-along GOP loyalists.

Sorry but there goes your biggest gun.

It was only a pop gun, anyway.

Interestingly, this is the first court of any jurisdiction that has directly ruled on Presidential eligibility, and the PA Supreme Court disposed with the appeal with a Per Curiam order, usually chosen for unanimously decided uncontroversial cases. They denied the appeal which means that the original decision stands in Pennsylvania.

The most likely outcomes are that no other court will chose to consider these cases, or that a court will come to the same decision as did Judge Pellegrini. The least likely outcomes are a hearing on the appeal or a decision declaring Cruz ineligible. The Courts want this issue to be made by the legislatures and by the voters.

Well, I’m interested.

Got a link?

Especially since I live here.

Or without a link, a hint, maybe?

Status quo GOP loyalists who will not confront Obama.

If Mississippi didn’t wake you to the corruption there’s nothing I can do for you.

The RINO Uniparty needs to be curb stomped.

I was aware of the Cochran thing. I'm also aware of the feckless republican party and backstabbing GOPe.

Whats that got to do with Cruz's eligibility?

GOP loyalists are the same crowd who dismiss questions of eligibility. They want it to “go away”. They did this for Obama, they’re doing it for Cruz.

The law is crystal clear. Cruz is a naturalized citizen. There is plenty of precedent. Peligrini’s decision consists almost entirely of excerpts of law review articles. The judge supplied no analysis.

Higher courts let lower court decisions stand all of the time. Usually indicates the strength of the decision they're upholding.

This should relieve, not upset you.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz?

You know you’re on the losing side of a debate if you site her as your compadre.
