Even then it is possible, actually relatively easy to deport them. If no welfare, no social services, and no jobs, then many will self-depart. Drug dealers and gang members who don't care about jobs will have to be rounded up.

Eisenhower deported illegals. Poland had no problem deporting 16 million Germans. Other countries have deported them.
