Unfortunately, Amanda’s denials don’t exonerate Cruz.

Conversely they aren’t hard evidence either.

Well for one, they’ve denied the affairs. OK, so you think both of them are lying, well, the same question you ask can also be asked of you.
The only place I ever saw it was in some Trump supporter's blog that people kept posting on FR.
