You are correct in that he has rejected the Never movement, saying he will support Trump if he is the nominee.

He encourages party leaders to listen to voters and implies that moves to steal the nomination will hurt the party.

That's not insignificant, but it's not an endorsement.

Although perhaps that will come.

It’s kind of funny, I saw Jindal on TV just a couple of weeks ago, and he was fuming at Trump, and was bitterly disappointed that Trump had won Louisiana. Jindal was a Rubio guy. So, it is good that he’s finally woken up to the fact that Trump will most likely win, and that unless we want Hillary as president, we better all get behind Trump.
