She never “got into” Harvard, until she was hired a law professor. It is hard to see any qualities in her other than purported Cherokee blood and distaff plumbing that would have made Harvard take her seriously as a candidate. Her experience and training were all at second and third rate institutions.

OK, thanks, I wasn't sure how it all unfolded. She doesn't particularly impress me. Maybe I'm sick of liberal lawyers.

I would like to understand why there is such a group think in academia.
