You should know by now this is crap. Just like with Obama every single court challenge will be thrown out, as had so far with Cruz.

Challenges were not heard, not because of merit, but because of timing. The time to challenge Obama’s eligibility was AFTER the election, and BEFORE his Inauguration. During this time period it would have taken only 1 Representative and 1 Senator to throw the election into the USSC. The Dems are well aware of this and have already prepared suit’s challenging Cruz’s eligibility.
The Court has no stomach to remove a sitting President on eligibility grounds. The Court WILL entertain timely challenges and, in Cruz’s case, both the court liberal’s and conservative’s will apply Article II’s NBC requirement/intent. ie Canadians born of Cuban Fathers are not US Natural Born Citizens, no matter what their mother’s citizenship was.
