Weird headline. How does a “campaign” assault somebody?
Trump’s campaign manager assaulted a reporter who asked Trump a question he didn’t like. So “the campaign “ refers to Trump and a campaign manager. Not sure if you really didn’t understand this or you are just trying to sound smart. Either way I would have hoped that Trump would have helped her up and apologized for the actions of his staff.
