Details- lots and lots of personal details of at least 22,000 ISIS recruits who have joined the terror organization in Syria and Iraq from 51 countries including the U.S., have been leaked in a series of documents.
The information, including extremists’ names, dates of birth, citizenship, phone numbers, addresses and even blood types, comes from forms that serve as admission applications foreign fighters are obligated to fill out before they are accepted.

We need to get those who are radicalized to make sense.
They are radicalized precisely because others take advantage of their lack of checking out the facts.
A common practice is to send up a false flag/disinformation and then have others buy the deceit. In sports a player will purposely goad an opponent into over-reacting and causing a penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct. the team that then instigated the situation gains 15 yards.
In political campaigns the media will try to trip up a candidate with a question like:
Have you stopped beating your wife yet?
The candidate (often a conservative) falls into the trap and accepts the false presupposition of others.
And it happens with those who convert... whether convert to Jim Jones or convert to radical Islam... or convert to some milder form.
The preacher who says that God wants me to give him money to buy a corporate jet and uses our fears and greed to manipulate us does the same thing.
One of the files marked “Martyrs” detailed a brigade manned entirely by fighters who wanted to carry out suicide attacks and were trained to do so.

These are known since a few years ago by the IC.
It looks as if someone in Turkey (?) tampered with them and made more documents (22 000). To get more money?
Thanks for the update. Immediate hunch was that something might not be right and this is getting confirmed. Still, there might be some use in the whole matter.
