You have a pretty bad case of birtherism. It does not respond to treatment, so I won’t attempt to do so beyond what I have already done elsewhere.
U.S.C Title 8, Section 1401 and Immigration and Naturalization Act, Section 301 are the legal authority that will be applied by any federal court. Godebert’s opinion won’t sway anyone in the court system. You and your fellow travelers can attempt to overturn the law, using all of your arguments at the links provided, emphasizing your passion through bold and all caps proclamations, and a votive sacrifice to Vattel, but it will come to naught.
I hope you find all of this amusing and that it provides you with entertainment. Enjoy.
The law, Pub. L. 82-414 § 301(a)(7), confers the status “citizen”. Nowhere in the statute is the phrase “natural born citizen”.
And it sounds like you have a case of anti-birtherism, which is by far a more debilitating malady. The rational people in the birther movement are in fact correct on all the points they have brought forward.
Godeberts opinion wont sway anyone in the court system.
That is not proof that it is incorrect. Our modern courts are full of nonsensical ideas masquerading as current law, such as a right to abortion or "gay" marriage. That the courts do not agree means nothing to people who are interested in what is actually true.
So you think a Naturalization Act can create a natural born Citizen? I'm certain even the most obtuse federal judge will understand that is a contradiction in terms.
