Cruz is a great candidate and we are unlikely to see another one like him if he's torn down by the lies of left as used by a GOP candidate. The tea party movement will die and we can expect nothing but ‘deal makers’ for the foreseeable future.
There’s not many on Free Republic who support Cruz. Trump has turned a whole bunch of them into raving lunitics.
But Cruz has a real following and he’s not going away.
He’s young and has another chance after Trump fails to deliver. That is if America is not in a civil war by then.
