Wow that could hurt! I wonder what the probability is of one round actually doing this? Close to zero. However, a nuclear weapon in the hands of the Iranian could kill millions of Americans. I think that I will worry about the latter.

A well placed shot from any rifle round (except .22lr) could do the same thing.
