Peaceful? Last I heard only the government was shooting people and taking captives.

Maybe a more apropos question is “Does the right to BEAR arms, include the right to USE force?”

I.e., is it a legitimate legal defense to say the park was seized, not as a protest, but part of a forceful action to defend against tyranny?
