It is well established public knowledge that a Cruz operative started this mess .. what amazes me is that you Cruz folks are still trying to spin the truth ... just answer this :
Why did Cruz apologize if it didn’t emanate from the Cruz campaign ?
This isn’t really “Breaking News,” as the article info doesn’t even match the headline.
Carson campaign clarified that they were not leaving the race but the Cruzers still sent out the misinformation to their precinct captains.
“7:50 p.m.: Carson camp clarifies he just has to go home for “fresh clothes”
Shortly before 8 p.m., a Carson spokesman tweeted the candidate was “not standing down” and was simply returning to Florida to “get fresh clothes” and dodge a winter storm in Iowa. The spokesman told TPM Carson would be in D.C. Wednesday and Thursday for a “campaign event,” and then would continue on to New Hampshire. “

RE: Carson was in New Hampshire today according to his schedule
Could you kindly send us a link to his schedule? Thanks.

Says he was present in Nasua, and then will be at two locations in another city.
My question is: Why did Carson even have to say anything, just slip quietly out the backdoor and GO home...(actually no one would miss him)
The reason is , is because it’s not true ... more disinfo propaganda from the Cruz camp ...Cruz apologized after the fact ... guilty as sin
And yet he holds Cruz responsible for not communicating that he was not really dropping out of the race as the CNN reports implied, he was only planning on taking the rest of the week off to change his clothes.
Exactly, this all started with Carson himself because he was heading back to Florida.
What do you make of Gabriel’s ‘specialty’ at the CIA being ‘’foreign & DOMESTIC insurgencies’’
"The Cruz Campaign, Spence Rogers, sends out a tweet. And the tweet is headlined, "Press says that Carson is going to take a break"... so tell all the Carson people to campaign with Cruz. At 7:53 the Carson people send out a release saying, "We're here. We're staying in the race. We're going to New Hampshire and South Carolina." And at 8:20 the national co-chairman of the Cruz campaign, Steve King, sends out a tweet saying, "It looks like Carson is getting out of the race." Now they knew at this point that this was inaccurate.
"Senator Cruz in his initial explanation about this said we were sending it to our team, leaving the implication, I suspect, to most viewers, that this had to do with sending it out to staff members. No, no, no... They sent this to their nearly 1,500 precinct captains. There are 1,500 precincts in the state. And they sent this message from Spence Roberts (Rogers). Now why does that matter. Now the gap between Donald Trump and Ted Cruz is 6,239 votes. There are 1,500 precincts. Do the math... If that message cost Carson four votes per precinct to switch to Cruz, then Cruz beats Trump. If he doesnât switch four, then he loses. "
“But just to make it extra clear: neither Bennett nor Watts has any influence whatsoever over who Dr. Carson may ultimately endorse in the primary should the occasion arise.â
Barry Bennett seems the likely link to Trump’s campaign of disinformation. Carson seems to have personnel issues and tried to deflect attention from his own mistakes.
Did Carson say his staff said the he was ‘getting out of the race’ or ‘quitting’ or even ‘suspending his campaign’?
I’ve not seen anything about him, or his staff, saying those words.
Extremely disturbing, but doesn't surprise me with Cruz's dependence on push polls and psychological profiling. Propaganda and psyops seems like a logical inclusion.
..Carsonâs team has yet to produce corroborating emails to prove their allegations....
Breitbart posted the voicemail sent to Cruz precinct captains. It was provided by one of Cruz campaign precinct captains who apparently used her name.
Google this for the Breitbart story and the voicemail.
...Cruz campaign voicemail to precinct captains...
and you will hear it.
Yes, I’ve heard that very incriminating voicemail, sent out by the CRuz campaign.
I’ve yet to see where Carson’s staff has said anything containing the words “quitting race’, ‘suspending race’ or ‘getting out of the race’.
Have you? TIA.
Never thought much about Armstrong until the last few months. He is NOT who I would pick for a spokesman. Saw an interview e did a while back and he was not helpful to Dr Ben.
