In fact, I would not be surprised that ESPN is considering moving a good fraction of its operations out of Bristol, CT to a more tax-friendly state.
Bristol was always a bit of a dump. ESPN located there in the wild, wooly days when their top-rated shows included AUstralian Rules Football. I wonder if Lake Compounce is still open?

The land owned by Disney near Orlando, FL that includes all the current Disney resort facilities is still very heavily undeveloped. There's space to essentially build a complete headquarters operation for ESPN if it comes to that.
