It’s not that difficult, in fact, six years ago, we passed a law funding 800 miles of it, but Obama and your GOP doesn’t seem to care that nothing has been built. if he just gets that one thing done, his will have been a very successful presidency and will have done more than all of the GOP hucksters have done in the past 16 years. I say this as a person who intends to vote for Cruz right now.
