The point is that you can not pull the rug out from under an entire state all at once and you gain nothing but enemies by suggesting it.
All subsidies can and should be eliminated, but not all at once and not all at the same time.

Cruz did vote for the crop insurance , which makes better sense for Iowa because their agriculture is a real industry.
